Incredible, honest, efficient service! Those are not words you can frequently say about many home-repair related contractors in our area. I emailed asking for a second opinion about a garage door I clipped while backing out. The first guy told me I'd need at least three new panels and possibly a new door when it was really just knocked off the track and slightly dented on the interior only. Amit came same day, fixed the things guy #1 did to make the problem seem worse and got my door fixed and tuned that day (at 7pm even). I live in a nice neighborhood, in a nice house and it gets really old when contractors constantly try to take advantage of that. Amit & Michael are running an honest business and I'm glad to know I have a "garage door guy" now. (Though hopefully I don't need them for a while!)

Had a very loud garage door system and was given all the options to repair or replace. Zero pressure with quotes for both. Went with a new system and glad I did. Very quiet and smooth system. They picked up when done and were very professional.

We had our old garage door replaced today by Michael at Tip Top Garage Door Repair. He was highly recommended, but we also talked to two other well-established garage door companies. Michael was courteous, prompt and did what he said he would do in a professional and courteous manner which the other companies failed to do. The other companies seemed to rely on their old reputation, which is no longer deserved. Michael was honest in his recommendations for what we needed and did not just try to sell us the most expensive door/system since we didn’t need that. Tip Top Service!! I had a broken spring. I called for a quote and Michael was able to come with the hour to diagnose the problem. He gave me several options and talked through the pros and cons of each one. He had all the parts on hand and replaced the spring in under an hour. He even oiled up the rollers and made some adjustments to get the door working good as new.

Amit was great! We called at 11 and they had a technician to our house within 30 minutes and had the seal repaired and new opener installed the same afternoon.

Michael was my hero as my door went crazy on Sat afternoon! He is the only business that agreed to come in about 2-4 hours. He called when he was close so I knew to expect him. He was professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors and how they work!! About 80 minutes after his arrival my door was again operational and I could rest easy because the door was closed and my home secure. He is the best person to call if you need help!

Can you give 20 stars?! Very responsive, quick to schedule and even faster to fix! Our garage was a low quality system (thanks builder), which unfortunately caused it to break a spring after 3 years 🙁 . Of course, it was stuck in the open position and because of safety features, it could not be pulled down with the manual release. Tip Top was able to come quickly, replace the parts and get our garage closed before nighttime. Super thankful they were able to get it done.
